This month our centre is taking part in the 'Love to ride' bike challenge being run by the Health Promotion Agency. Here we are getting out for our first bike ride, 3.5ks down and one flatty already :) Its nice to take a break from from the desk, stretch the legs and get some nice fresh air- makes for a more productive- happy- caring team :)
